HOW DOES IT WORK?
To purchase a gift voucher, simply make a payment for the desired amount + shipping costs (1.– for B mail and 1.20.– for A mail) and send us an email with the payment confirmation attached, including the following information:

As soon as we receive your email, we will issue the voucher, which you will receive directly at the address you provided.
We guarantee the privacy of the data you provide — it is used solely for voucher verification at the time of redemption. 🙂

I have a gift voucher — how do I use it?
If you have a gift voucher, you can book your adventure online directly through this website.
Choose the room you like most, select your preferred day and time, and proceed with the booking.
To confirm the reservation and avoid no-shows, you will be asked to pay a 50 CHF deposit.
Don’t worry! Bring your voucher with you when you come to play, hand it to the staff who welcome you, and the deposit will be refunded directly to the card you used.
ATTENTION: If your voucher expires in 2025, make sure to use it before the end of the year!
