PRESENTARSI CON 15 MINUTI DI ANTICIPO DALL`INIZIO DEL GIOCO. L'ENTRATA SARÀ RIFIUTATA A PERSONE SOTTO L'INFLUSSO DI ALCOL O SOSTANZE STUPEFACENTI (La fascia oraria delle 21 non è possibile per gruppi formati da 2 persone ma da un minimo di 4 persone). L'annullamento della prenotazione è consentito entro le 48 ore prima oltre questo termine sarà richiesta una penale pari alla metà del costo del gruppo riservato. Il gioco all'interno della stanza si sviluppa in 1 ora. DEUTSCH: Bitte erscheinen Sie 15 Minuten vor Spielbeginn. Der Eintritt ist für Personen unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol oder Betäubungsmitteln nicht gestattet. (Die Zeit von 21 Uhr ist für Gruppen ab 2 Personen nicht verfügbar, sondern erst ab einer Mindestanzahl von 4 Personen.) Stornierungen sind bis zu 48 Stunden im Voraus möglich, danach wird eine Gebühr in Höhe der Hälfte der Gruppenkosten erhoben. Das Spiel im Raum dauert 1 Stunde. ENGLISH: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the game. Entry will be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs. (The time slot of 9 PM is not available for groups of 2 people but requires a minimum of 4 people.) Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance, beyond which a penalty equal to half the cost of the reserved group will be charged. The game inside the room lasts for 1 hour.

Regole di annullamento

L'annullamento della prenotazione può essere effettuato entro 48 ore prima dell'inizio senza aggiunta di costi. In caso di annullamento entro le 24 ore è richiesto un indennizzo pari alla metà del costo del gruppo prenotato. L'annullamento il giorno stesso è richiesto l'intero importo della prenotazione.
